Michael Minard
Chair
Michael has been a District Leader in Bedford since 2006. He joined the committee during the first campaign of Congressman John Hall, and was Vice Chair during the tenures of MaryAnn Carr and Mark Dembo. Michael volunteers at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women, teaching music and theater programs. He lives in Katonah with his wife Phyllis, also a District Leader of ED8.
Jennifer Saine
Vice Chair
A Bedford resident for over 20 years, Jennifer is a District Leader of ED9. She is an attorney and local community leader and volunteer. She is a recent empty-nester with husband David Griff and the mother of two boys who graduated from Fox Lane High School.
Brett Kimmel
Secretary
Brett is an attorney specializing in Matrimonial Law. A graduate of The George Washington University, he earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1993. Brett volunteered to serve as BDC secretary in 2021.
Mary Frei
Treasurer
Mary has been a resident of Bedford Hills for over 25 years, with a history of political involvement, having served as a DL and on many committees. She has lobbied in Washington for disability services, specifically services that improve educational opportunities for our youth. In 2021 she volunteered to handle the BDC Treasurer’s job. Mary is the mother of three wonderful young(ish) men.
